That's Luca Montezemolo, the President of Ferrari SpA.

The 16M was originally conceived to celebrate their 16th F1 drivers title, but unfortunately Massa just couldn't pull it off. :) Luckily they won their 16th constructor's title, so the project went ahead.

Ahem. I think it was more Ferrari who could not pull it off. Given how inconsistant the performance of the F2008 has been, Stefano Domenocalli's pit strategy that's as lacklustre as Kimi's conversations, Hungary and the cock up in Singapore......
