As Chooti Putha said, you should be looking at SiRs/Type Rs, not normal Civics

Or else, the fastest AFAIK should be the Pulser VZR, more specifically the N1, but don't dream about it cuz Peri won't give it

But can we compare wankle engines and usual engines by their capacity ? Because the mechanism is different and probably wankle engines produce more power as well as more emissions in a given capacity.
