This is a non permit Kyron. Ssanogyong do have petrol Kyrons and Rextons. But 99% what we see here are diesels.

Just to add, there are some permit vehicles on the road without the red bits on the number plates.

Maybe it not clear in the picture , it is mentioned "P" below the line after letters "KP" which means it is "Petrol" number plate on a diesel vehicle , that is why i think it might be a stolen vehicle.

are you retarded? It seems that you cannot comprehend the fact that there are petrol kyrons out there.

As for people checking in the RMV; what are you going to do with that information if it is stolen? make a citizens arrest?

OP asks first are there any petrol kyrons...

But from the first post he depicts that this might be a stolen vehicle...

Then after members shout out saying there are petrol kyrons, he ignores that and says it is stolen and now caught up at peliyagoda...

So was it you who tipped off the police ? and secretly followed the guy till he was stopped at Peliyagoda check point. If so that being a good citizen, and good on you.

Although there maybe petrol Kyrons its very unlikely that any sane person would buy one as there are much better alternates than that.
