whmsujith
I think this mattumagala interchange would unnecessarily fill up the CKE tarffic volume.

If your facts are correct, it will serve the purpose for CKE, otherwise it will be another typical SL route. Mini's speed for OCH is correct, but for CKE it is 100 km/h. Davy
Thanks for the info + photos miniace. OT: Let alone new roads, I seriously don't understand why they change existing names of roads like "Guildford Crescent" to names of individuals I haven't even heard of. Donates a few pieces to Smithsonian. None to our local museums. Pocketed the hefty bit of change from the rest. He's a stereotypical suddha that stole the lands treasures while the Sinhalese praised him. Oh yeah and please don't give me the speech about how he has given so much for this country. The fact is Clarke would be nothing if it weren't for this country. Science fiction writers are a dime-a-dozen. varunatech
just wanted to know the facts and thoughts behind your comment. I always know that others may know something that I do not know........your points may be correct and personally I feel Dr Kulasinghe memorial Express Way is a fitting name for an iconic Civili Engineering project of the country. http://www.kulasinghe.com/main.htm By the way I cannot agree with "Science fiction writers are a dime-a-dozen"............I have read many and Arthur C is a damn good one of them.
