Magnum
They got to stop changing the Range Rover's styling and do something to the Freelander this is fugly
fuzzo
by looking at the amount of disco 4's on the road these days, and the amount of RR's, i'd say the phobia of owning a land rover is going away
JadeyBlitzen
i think they went too far with the tapered lights and the sloping grille. It'll take some getting used to i'd say.

maliths
I think it looks stunning but the price has gone up significantly. Here in the UK they start at £71k whereas they used to start around £55k I think.

Can you explain what you mean by (with suspension shrunk and all.) Sylvi Wijesinghe.
poscher
even if a person has 50 million to through away for a car, do not buy it! unless you are filthy filthy loaded! because after the 3yr warranty has run out it will spend more time at Fro*****r garage than at home, and their charges would be so enormous that some not so major repairs would cost more than a million bucks! so buying, running, and maintaining cost would be ridiculous! however if you are kind of person willing to go for a Rolls Royce, then definitely go for the the Range Rover AB! other wise stick to a S-Class specially in Sri Lanka. Junkfriend
simply put its totally okie to buy one if you don't mind loosing around 20-30mil after 3 years and paying 0.5Mil to change break pads and another 0.5Mil for the fuel filter that would go bust anyway after few months using our so called super fuel

How is owning a S-Class any different to owning a RR? Aren't the out of warranty maintenance costs going to be just as high? Aren't the out of warranty maintenance costs going to be just as high? Mercedes tend to develop less issues than RR growing old. The part prices are probably comparable but you spend less time in the dealership. Just ask anybody whose owned a RR or a Discovery (I'm going by feedback I get from friends and various surveys confirm this. Also if you take out an extended warranty the warranty for a Merc is a lot cheaper than a RR).
terrabytetango
The new RR is all aluminium, that's what excites me the most. It's a good 400kg lighter than the outgoing model, which is massive in terms of weight saving.
