Car Brake Lathe

Friends,

seems my rotors has run out and it is more than 0.01mm (this is the service limit according to civic manual)

checked with a dial gauge. I think this cause me pulsing break ..etc

where can I get the rotors lathe in less than above service limit

What about replacing the rotors ? The last time I checked Semini motors had Brembo rotors for around 8k (for both rotors)

Agree with NRX, if rotors can be easily sourced, then replacement is the best option.

Sorry to go off topic, but I too am interested in Buying a set of brembo rotors, I am outstation at the moment, therefore I called them, no one picked up,

However NRX, do they have a system of identifying a particular rotor set from the vehicle make/model/year or should you carry them to panchi like old-school?

Also the price you have mentioned is that for a slotted or cross drilled? or simply oem replacement? Thanks

It's just for a vanilla OEM replacement for a Nissan sedan. They still ask you to bring a sample. Sample - of a fricking brake rotor. WTF

Thanks NRX, yes, they do , now it is 4.5K, yes it is worth to change it. do they have drum too?
