Emissions Test Recommended Places

Are there recommended places for testing diesel vehicle emission? I.e. where they focus more on testing the vehicle vs attempting to destroy it? Or is it just random luck?

Around Kandy area I would suggest the 2nd emission test center on the Gohagoda road when going from Katugastota

Last time I checked there were only 2 emission testing companies in the country: Laugfs Eco Sri and Drive Green.

I have been to both and think they are both okay - at least the locations I have been to. However, I'd advise going to a station where there are two separate lanes for petrol and diesel. Some Laugfs stations are ones made out of a shipping container and the centre is so small you cant even move the vehicle inside the premises.

Please tell your exact requirement ? How come taking an emission test is so complicated ?how can an emission test destroy your vehicle ? It's a 5 min job

Um I don't quite know what kind of experiences youve had in the past but AFAIK it's not like getting your car serviced or repaired.
