Take it to a good workshop and get a diagnostic scan done. The scan will reveal one or more error codes. Depending on what the error codes are, address the issue(s). It could be something as minor as dirt and grime blocking the ABS sensor signal to a faulty ABS module. A scan will help you narrow down where the issue is.
