probably your Demio has no issue (it is as designed) . if you can test drive a another instance of this model then you can figure it out. if it is not possible, then get check the suspension system completely. (Tyre pressure also contributes considerably  for "bumpy" ride  )

Im worried about gel mount issue. Its like no suspencion  without shock absorbers while driving . Hmmm how to say it, feels like theres nothing beyween wheels and driving seats. Mileage is 48000 km as well.

If your shocks are worn out it's easy to notice it on cars as they make a noise when you go on bad roads.

If you are car is being uncomfortable for small pot holes this could be due to bad/cheap tyres as well

Try changing your tire pressure. Mine Also a demio 2009 & I changed tire pressure -front 30 psi & back 29psi. Ride is far more smooth now. However demios tend to have steering rack issues.so better get this checked. Also be aware that demio is bit of a bumpy ride on hard roads by default. & that's the fun in that
