16 million?? I think you mean 1.6 million. 

Also, there's no "best" Japanese car. It all depends on how the car was used by the previous owners.

At that price range , you'll be getting a used car brought here,used moree and possibly abused, and at best will need a lot of work .So keep a sizesable ammount to get all the faults+neglected maintenance done before using it.
