What's the car? 

Battery indicator illuminates to indicate that there's an issue with your charging system. Get your charging system checked out. 

Not sure what you mean by "warning indicator". A bit more detail would be helpful.

HI and welcome to AL, your vehicle has a prob with it's charging system..

get it checked by an autio elec. start with the alt belt,- it micght be slipping.chk for loose/ oxidised battery connectors.
