That's like asking if srilanka or india is better. You got to describe in what aspect? Which model? Kia maintenance is expensive (as far as the picanto is concerned)

Hyundai and Kia are basically same vehicle manufacturer. If you're buying brand new,  choose the agent with better customer care. Some Hyundai vehicles in Sri Lanka are made in India.
