You have a check engine light. Get a diagnostic scan done to find out what the error code(s) is. 

I've learnt that a bad 12v battery can contribute towards warning indicators, so while you're at it, get the 12v battery checked as well.

Also...the Car+Exclamation mark light comes on when the Hybrid system is throwing errors. It can be that the ventilation ducts to the system is blocked (there are ventilation ducts under the rear seat or something and cleaning that helps this) to the system actually failing....
