A quick Google search reveals that the two part numbers are interchangeable. The 301 is probably a revision of 300. So you can use either. 

What's the issue with  your distributor? I f the cap is cracked or something,  you can just purchase the cap instead of the whole unit.

Not cracked ..less ignition ..not properly burn fuel ..when change other distributor  problem was solved ..

@ruwansunk Where did you buy the distributor? I have a FB13 Power Package and I also need a distributor. 

My car is misfiring randomly and a carburetor was done, all 4 plugs and the wires that run from the distributor to the plugs were replaced, but it's still misfiring. Although it is random, it happens all the time, specially when I slow down because the vehicle in front of me slowed down and accelerating again.
