No I got a good look at it. It's a current model ( >2009) JDM Lexus (Since 2009 Lexus are no longer being sold as Toyotas in Japan) RX450h, wearing old plates.

To clear up the confusion with Harrier... it's a 2010 Lexus RX450h wearing an 11 year old number plate.

well, when u see the numberplate, u can see its a special reserved kind of plate. must be a manthri or amathi or a spoil brat of one.

they dont have rules do they? might have used the plates of there old car
