Terios J100 not accelerating

My terios J100 1997 mannual car is not accelerating well. I bought it few months before and i changes all spark plugs and petrol filter and MAP sensor. But the issue seems to be same. The fuel economy is too low. It starts well and fine at 1 and 2 gears. But at 3 and 4 it seems car has very low power. 

 

Plese give me some of your ideas to solve this and also a good mechanic if someone knows who deals with terios

So is that all you checked ?

Did you check the air and fuel filters ? Have you checked if the fuel pressure is okay ? Have you done a compression check ? Have you checked the spark plug cables ? Does your clutch slip? Does the car burn oil ? Does the engine miss ?

Too many unknowns to go by just your description. I would say first go get a diagnosis done (read for any error codes that might be there)
