Help Wanted

I'm really sorry to open up a thread for this , but reckon we could keep using it when ever a necessary or the need arises...

Looking for a good trust worthy and capable driver

would any of you'll happen to know of anyone who may fit the bill - if so please do PM me so i can give salary particulars etc.

need someone who will stay over night & throughout

we've seen our share of mediocre characters and rotten apples so would really appreciate if you'll could help point me in the direction of someone of good character, responsible, capable of handling a few vehicles and living on site.

(i'll stop there cuz its beginning to sound like a blooming marriage proposal ad as opposed to an employment ad! )

The job itself is quite cushy as it entails driving an automatic suv 40 kms's , doing just about nothing the whole day & driving back.

do appreciate any info you'll could provide

Need a person drive an upscale SUV about da? And inadvertently the 'driver' will have to lug a rather large British 4x4 around the streets of Colombo too I suppose? Hmm...okay, I'll do it>>> For FREE. Only condition is that: During the day, in-between the pickup and drop off, I get to use the SUV Oh and I presume this so called 'driver' will have access to the Z as well?

we get guys virtually every day asking for a driving job,but those are mainly for lorries and stuff...none of them are good enough to recommend to you i'm afraid...BUT will keep an eye out...ciao

I dunno about "Upscale" AFAIK it's a Pajero IO!... heck for those terms, even I wouldnt mind applying!

No such luck But 'he' will have the privilege of washing and waxing it!

unlikely as i run that big ole white behemoth around these days and am not too keen about handing over the keys to anyone else - its not the easiest thing to manage with its innumerable foibles & quirks and as such am picky about who gets tossed the keys

He will be based at B.I.A during the day - given its a H.S.Z the drive would need to produce a police report

Okay, but on a more serious note though; in these times of equality I'm kind of disappointed in the statement below:

I mean why descriminiate? True any John or Banda could drive your parents around and wash the Z, but then again so could any Alice or Mary (owc- The link is pretty kosher but could be deemed non office friendly )

The more I think about it the more it makes sense...As a modern man, you should break the mold, tell you parents this is YOUR way of standing up for womens rights; true the hot pants and chauffeur cap might be considered a bit risque but still....all good stuff.

i find the HORNY-mones of the AL members are running rather high these days...there have been lotsa nuaghty pics and posts lately...this must be the motorhead mating season...lol

I can see how such progressive thinking might not quite sit well with the ultra conservative folk they are!
