i'm not entirely certain but vaguely feel as though i put up a similar thread sometime ago but haven't been able to find it, so thought i'll put up some videos of the Japanese car commercials

some are for rather famous cars like the so...

& some others for the obscure and now forgotten..

i just love the 80's jap-pop!

and some others are not thing short of odd and just a wee bit creepy..

slight irony there with the "fun to drive" tag on a Toyota ad for sedans, but...

we actually had an AT150 - thought the door handles on the inside were the collest,as was the "cool box" ... and kinda still do i guess
