Well you know what that is a right royal sedan. You've left out the clues. I will say I was one of the first to post it in quick trivia with a pic of the car that belonged to an architect renowned for his old cars.

I think you have picked up the grill design and picked up the model?

It is the President

Yes the grille gave it away, could have mistaken for some European.

Try this then, a new comer to the market,

Where do we get most of these new products? I would say electric it as they call them New Energy Vehicles in their home country. Has connections to Mercedes Benz

Looks very Chinese, wonder what they were thinking by putting that smallish window that would have come on a rear / mid engined car.

Yes. The whole rear compartment is weird in this vehicle.

Well if it was a Huawei you used - you certainly wouldn't want to use it for Navigation :D

BTW a mashup of these movies would be interesting ?

If I'm not mistaken this is the quintessential vehicle of the 90's - and still a status symbol in the rural areas.

On Saturday night it would haul 15 extended family members, and an air traveler  with 45 Kg's of luggage to the airport, before transporting 35 Sacks of Rice to an almsgiving in Anuradhapura on Sunday, followed by  Hauling 300 rolls of defect fabric from Pamunuwa to a Polgahawela on Monday. On Tuesday it would be used to transport 18 budding violinists to the all-island violin competition in Colombo  If you had one of these you would be the most respected person in the family circles and in the  neighborhood. On Friday you'd tug your son along with 18 other budding musicians to an all island music contest in Colombo since your sons music teacher mentioned that they had no budget for transport and he'd put in a good word to the principal since your son was hoping to be a school prefect next year. On Saturday you'd transport your cousin Rasanjalee along with 35 Kg of luggage, and 21 relatives to the airport in time for Gulf Air flight 145 and be back before remembering you promised to transport 35 Sacks of rice to an almsgiving on Sunday Morning. On Monday you'd bring 67 rolls of fabric from Pamunuwa to a small behind-the-house garment setup with 4 ladies and 4 sewing machines.

I think this is the final facelift for this model -and possibly the commuter variant?

Don't think anyone can explain this model better than this

b***dy h**l...even if you were talking about an Ahok Leyland you deserve to take the floor.

..and yes..it is that. It is a facelifted commuter (but in this case the van variant). Yes...like the Corolla business wagon which was a van with the trinkets of the wagon, Toyota took a commuter variant of the HiAce and then made a business van out of it.
