The advert says that they are brand new AND approved by the TRCSL. Anyone know if there is a policy that TRCSL approval will only be given for brand new phones?

Nothing specifically mentioned about brand new in their requirement list machan. They will probably give approval for even used ones if they are within their requirements.

Samsung mobiles are imported by John keels office automation but the repair section handle by The phone company there you can fix it but since they are the authorized people to fix it i think the charges might be higher than out side... Give a try..

I've decided to go back to WP7. I briefly owned an HTC HD7 and absolutely loved the interface, and this was pre-mango. My sights are set on the Nokia Lumia 900 coming out next month in the US. Currently using a very hacked HTC Desire S.
