This subject was discussed number of times on the forum according to my knowledge.

You request them to fix the unit and give a 45 days dated Cheque if there is a significant saving at least 10-15 % then you will pay the Cheque if there is no fuel saving you will stop payment of the Cheque.and return the unit.

I have tried the USA patented magnetic fuel saver did according to original specs but that too did not work.

Nothing like trying.

It was called "apsara" and this is the same unit but with a different name, can easily identify it with the same pattern on the advertisement.

What i dont get is if people are smart enough to earn enough money to buy a car (well technically you cant buy a car in SL if you are something like a coconut plucker, so they got to have some sort of common sense and general knowledge) how come they cant figure out that if such a magical and mystical device can save 20-30% fuel for such a low price as 3000/= how come car manufacturers havent fitted these devices in the first place ?

I mean most Japanese manufacturers are real keen on gas mileage so wouldn't something like this (if it works of course, and which it doesn't ) be on top of their priority list ?

You don't need to be educated to buy cars in this country. All you need to have is some political hookup.
