From what i read in other videos with the same footage its not a car crash but a roadside bomb aimed at some military convoy.

that explains it, since the video was not clear i thought it was an oil tank or something but the explosion was just too damn huge

how could someone get on to the upper deck of that thing :speechless-smiley-004: it might be cosmetic besides i don't think it's strong enough to carry passengers on it's roof.
