Hi Friends,

this may be a boaring question for AL old friends but need help to find the best one.Just 2 questions ?

1.)whats good Insight 2008-2009 or prius 2008-2009 ?

2.)Whats the difference between fuel usage ?

pls pls help .

Neither of the above. Buy a cheaper petrol or better still diesel car and keep the change. Just my opinion. I believe what you save today with a hybrid, you will lose tomorrow and a bit more. Anyway it's just my view.

I've also heard that the battery cooling on the Insights are inadequate for SL.

prius doing more kmpl than insight that what i knw. do a search mate u will find lot of things abt hybrids in the forum.

Yes,

Honda Insight in Colombo traffic and short distance travel does 11-14.

Where as, Prius second gen does 14- 16 in Colombo.

For long distance, I got Insight is same as Prius.

Colombo to Anuradhapura with AC and 4 people - Honda Insight Gave 22KM/L with lot of overtaking and aggressive driving.

Prius will give the same figures.
