hello,

my car is lancer CS1 2002 / 1.3-liter / manual transmission

If i fix the OBX-R Universal Muffler SS

its some change fuel consumption to my car,

RS:15,000/= is that unit/ that is too much or that price OK?

Not so sure.. But as far as im concerned fixing a muffler will cause fuel figure changes...

hey,

Rs. 15'000 for Muffler, there are plenty of Chinese sirens that can be fixed to alert people that you're coming.

Tip:

You can overcome the fuel efficiency loss by using Carbon Fiber duct tape on your hood (Carbon fiber is super light - Less weight -> More Millage)...

Try Elcardo. They might have cheaper ones. Fuel figures will drop about 1kmpl from whatever you have now.

I fixed one from elcardo.. it cost me around 10k. And ya fuel figures changes 1-2kmpl

But i enjoy the sound hehe

Yes fuel figures going to change slightly..Rs. 15000 sounds bit more for me..should be around 10k or lesser..i think your CS1 2002 1.3cc Manual transmission model comes with carburetor model right? I have heard from the users of this particular model that it does better on fuel than EFI model correct me If i'm wrong

Some say when beat silencers are set for carbs vehicles, it consumes more fuel unlike EFI ones.. is that true ?
