Car Stereo Place Arround Kandy

I saw a car Stereo seller passing kandy near the colombo main road , can't remember exact place between kadugannawa and peradeniya , has put a hoarding saying that car Stereo with mp3 from 950.00 LKR upwords, has any one been there before ?, any 1 from kandy ?
