Regarding Lancer C11, I newer heard it as "Wijeweera Model" and it is quite famous as "Attanayaka model" due to following reason.

Attanayaka Model (Mitsubishi Lancer C11).:

In 1989, when JVP leader Rohana Wijeweera was arrested by the Police at Ulapane , he was appearing as Mr.Attanayaka , the superintendent of a plantation. This incident telecast on Rupavahini news and also showed his vehicle Lancer C11 parked under the portico of same bungalow. So people started to identify this model as Attanayaka Model.

I doubt the buses have them for plugging into landlines when they are parked. Doesn't seem to be anything in that setup for them. Unless the bus is actually used for some other purpose inside, like a media unit.
