I paid too much This is official movie Merch, the replica of the final race in FnF. You can see the train drawn on the back of the box. Both cars are there, super detailing. The T-Top on the Supra and the hood of the Charger are removable.

Hey guys quick question. I'm abroad ATM and bought a 1/18 Die cast model since my check in luggage is already full and to avoid any damages im planning on bringing it in my carry on /hand luggage. I remember there have been some issues at airport security etc for RC toys on Hand luggage but I guess this should be ok? Anyone have any experience???

P.s: I'm flying Qatar.

RC issues is someone saw Mission Impossible and thought someone will put a bomb on it and blow up a useless politician. There is no such issue with models. Though you might have to convince some thick bugger its not RC, but that shouldn't be TOO hard.

Thanks Peri. Hope so I have carried dozens of Die casts in carry on in the past but those were quite small ones. Haven't taken a 1/18 before.

Last month i bought 10 dicast 1;18 models. All packed in my back pack and hand luggage. (without boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap)

Customs / Security didn't even bother to open any of the bags.

Update: was able to bring the 1/18 in the hand/carry on luggage without any issue at all (along with several 1/32s and 1/64's) . Thanks for the response Peri and JayZ.

I collect Hot Wheels, we do have few active facebook pages with gang of Hot Wheels + diecast model collectors.

Importing toys and models aren't a problem. Even tiny RCs aren't an issue. And they're rather relaxed with land based RCs anyway, it's multicopters and other aircraft with cameras they're on the lookout for these days. I don't even attach the camera gimbal to mine anymore, a friend and i got stopped once while driving home after our flying activities when a traffic officer on foot happened to see our aircraft in the cars.
