If it is for the 26x series then it is still available on the toyota.jp website

http://toyota.jp/~/media/Manual/premio/premio_201307_01.pdf

However, since the Premio is a JDM only model you will only find it in Japanese (unless somewhere out there has actually translated it). So you will need ot find someone to translate the sections you would need.

Maybe Osaka_dude can provide some actual help to a member ?

Highly unlikely - the Premio was never intended to be used outside Japan so the manual would probably be in Japanese only.

I would like to get a English manual copy for my 2011 Toyota premio G

You will not find one, Premio is a Japan only model

Download the Jap manual, split it in to small (10-20 pages), translate in to english

There are spliters / converters to do this

What do you mean ?

The Premio is a Japan only model although imported to Sri Lanka. So you are unlikely to find an English Manual Check t he links above and you might be able to get your hands on a Japanese manual and translate it using Google Translate.
