Found a pic I took some months back on a poya day as I was coming out of the Sambodhi Vihara after Sil.

This reminded me of this road between Hokandara and Thalawathugoda (Kalalgoda Road) which was widened and carpetted a few months ago.. But the utility poles are still on the middle of the road. Very dangerous at night as the road is not properly illuminated. Sigh!

BTW the biker seems to be unscratched, luckily for the driver this wasn't the vitz if so he could be at the risk of been suffocated by the 8 airbags.

btw if you are a pedestrian you are going to hit by a corolla axio and a another car if you can choose all ways aim for axio.
