I read that the person who was killed was not buckled up. He had been thrown outta the vehicle and it had run over him. This is kind of asking for it... Poor feellow was only 40, and had to pay with his life because he was ignorant.

and it is compulsory for this vehicle to put seat belts *sighs* poor kid though.
