No she got the right grill. Thats a rare war era Ford Anglia E 04A. Only very few 04As in SL.

They are not for sale.the 190sl is a kit car without proper registration.It changed hands for 3.5 mil recently.

There was one here,but was shipped abroad.

What is the kit car based on??

Its not a Hudson Hornet, its a Velox I think not sure. A Hudson Hornet is a much more prettier car....longer and bigger too!

What is the kit car based on??

Apparently based on a shortened Merc "fintail" 190 saloon chassis and mechanicals, just like the original cars. The body was completely made here.

thanks Miniace I didnt know that i thought they had taken the grill from a pre war Austin and fixed it to the Ford !

btw how many such Fords are there now

Yes it is an appropriate number....it belongs to British architect Sir Ian Jennings and was brought down when he migrated.

I meant the "HU" part...

TBH I didn't even notice the beetle variation. The Datsun of course deserves better rims but it's still super to see it in that condition.

Haha true, rice rice everywhere. I think a non rice vw beetle is very hard to find in SL. anyways those are the cheap cars that are being riced. glad to have the coolest suff in good hands.
