The Aqua crowd is meeting up at the Kimbulawela junction park on Sunday... it seems they are meeting to discuss ways to save the Environment. LOL!!!!

Is that park large enough ? wonder how much space they gonna need since no of Aquas around.

EDIT 2: As for the image that bycap shared. It is funny that the meter cluster is off of a different car that is quite revvy and redlines at 7K and speedo goes up to 150mph :)

Oh dude! that Aqua FB group is insane man! Reading through it is endless entertainment, everything from oil filter prices to service costs to seat covers is discussed and dissected in true thel hinganna style!

Machangs, why diss the Aqua group. They leave us alone and discuss things that they think are fun in their own little space. :) They cause us no issues and good on them.

To be perfectly honest we accuse people of being Thel Higannas. But people have to live within their means. I know it is contrary to spending millions of rupees on a motor car, but that is a South Asian oddity. But its not our money they are spending noh?

Actually, I was reading the Aqua group hoping that there would be some positive/constructive posts (Live and let live right ?). Some do try to make some educational/informative posts but they just take weird turns and go no where. For the most part it was all about comparison of bumper lights, grades and kmpl figures but a few posts just stood out as pure entertainment...

1. There were several posts where the guys had posted fuel economy figures at every 500m - 1km intervals ! <one whilst the guy was driving down hill in hill country !>

2. yes...the post about them starting the group because AL was mean to them

then there is the drag race...any reason why these guys can't join the actual drag races rather than do this on public roads with full on traffic ? Enough entries would mean a separate class for themselves ?
