As Crosswind points out the Chinese copies each other and it is very difficult to identify the models. Just google the many car brands in China and see that almost everyone makes the same car.

I always was under the impression that this particular car was a E9 coupe, with the batmobile kit. Didn't know it was a full blown CSL!

That is a Nissan Laurel Spirit

This one is based on the B12 Sunny and Nissan released it as a luxurious version of the Sunny at the time to bring the smaller economical factor of a Sunny together with the more luxurious elements of a larger car like the Laurel
