99% of our drivers can barely drive an automatic and stay on the road straight....you really think our lazy, selfish, road-m***ns will want to drive an AT ? On the other hand..since our guys are under the impression that MT always save fuel and they are thel higannas..they might flock behind the MT with a 1.2L engine as that is like a double wish for the thel higannas...wait for the adverts claiming 45.749 kmpl :D

Why drive a Corolla when we can drive a Merc ? HA HA HA....we already have a higher consentration of Merc and BMWs than most other developed countries....now we will have more ! This is what happens when we elect kakille rajjuruwo and his band of imbeciles in to office.

Market is already flooded with Euros you can easily find over 100 of unregistered C-class, X1, X2, 3-series, Audis ...

Most of them have no clue as to what they are purchasing, i know of a person who brought a X1 and have been using it for a past year or so but did not know it had only 3 cylinders. His argument as it is a 1.5L it should be having 4.

Countless fellows having issues in servicing / support on personal imports, there is a good opportunity for someone there for a good startup.

I have a Euro which i use occasionally and sparingly when I want to go out of City or during off peak. But for a daily driver or as only car a Euro could be a pain in the A**.

When you want trouble free motoring nothing beat a Jap (made in Japan or other wise)

Axios/ Allions/ Premios gave trouble free motoring for the average person for whom it delivered motoring utility of a front loading washing machine. They will be sadly miss.

By the way I love the Corolla they nailed it this time, Audi A3 with no vises

back in 2007-2008 there was an influx of manual yaris cos they were marginally cheaper than their automatic counterparts... pretty sure with the Manual being cheaper anyway with the smaller engine resulting in a low tax our guys will be importing this.

1.2 L 6MT is only available in the highest grade WxB and is priced over 1.8L WxB only the Hybrids are expensive

They must be aiming at the Sportier segment who prefer a manual transmission as this is the only manual model offered

Well that makes sense from Toyota's perspective.... if the tax structures remain the same we will still see them here but not on the  usual CHR scale.

The 6MT is positioned as a more engaging drive. The 1.8 gasoline replaced the 1.5L because the 1.8L apparently offered a smoother (and quieter) ride than the 1.5L whilst giving the same economy and emissions as the older 1.5L engines.

The new Mirai looks like an actual car !

The official release is at the Tokyo Motorshow and will be on sale from late 2020 onwards.

So range on a tank of Hydrogen for this is 845km ish (current one is 500 something)...interesting. It based on the TNGA-N platform (which is what the Crown and Lexus LS is based on

It does look like an Audi and someone tried to stick an Aqua/Vitz nose and molded a Supra boot lip spoiler to it....

 Toyota has introduced 1.2 turbo engine + CVT combo for Corolla wagon in Europe region. So If one needs a wagon they can get it from UK.

Its like adorable ! Would be a fun little thing to drive with customized suspension and increased rigidity....MT starts at 2.4mil and the CVT 2..3mil....times were much simpler when the MT was actually cheaper than the ATs 1f642.png?_nc_eui2=AeE8De-LUMt-M7yzb_RIt:)

If you already have a normal Copen or can only afford a normal Copen, Gazoo Racing offers the BODY kit and accessories separately. So you won't be getting the added welds and the upgraded suspension and braces (although the latter two can be sourced as replacement parts or OEM parts :) )

<standard Copen range is between 1.8 - 2.1mil yen base ?>

Toyota announced the new Yaris (Vitz will be named Yaris in Japan as well) based on the GA-B platform.

So we get a new Vitz/Yaris after a decade ! Vehicle has been completely redesigned and the only carry-over technology is the ACC. Three power options are announced. a 1.5L gasoline variant in CVT/6MT form, a 1.5L Hybrid and a 1L variant (EDIT : the 1L is apparently a completely revamped 1KR...not a completely new 1L as first indicated).

In pictures it looks rather decent inside and the cheapness is gone. I like the outer appearance too (maybe because I was a point of throwing up after seeing the previous model for so long
