When I see a 3 letters plate Alto (specially hanging a laminated sheet without DMT plate) I am very concern them and give way.

Ok guys.. I beat my brains out to find what the hell a teller rinch is.. Finally i went through the trouble of finding the advertisement and called the owner. He told me its a boat trailer hook..!!

Might have figured it out if he said the Sober part, but he didn't. It wasn't until we got out of the jeep after coming out the park, and saw the detached shock trailing on the ground, that I figured it out.
